Contacts
The people you know, who knows them, and how to reach them.
A contact in tiny+ is a person outside your firm: a client's development manager, a council officer, an engineer you team with. Each contact belongs to a company, has a role there, and carries the details you need to reach them. tiny+ keeps track of who in your firm knows them, and follows them when they move.
The Contacts page has Table and Reports views in its sub-menu.
The table
The Table view lists contacts in rows, with their company, title, email, phone and tags, and filters down the left for team members, each category and lists. My Contacts and Show All switch between your own and the firm's.
Tick rows for the bar of actions at the bottom: tag them, merge duplicates, add them to a list, assign them or link them to a record.
A contact's page

Assigned to is the person in your firm who looks after the relationship. Known by is everyone who knows them; click manage known by to add yourself.
Details holds their name, title, company, status, email, phones, address and social media.
Contact Categories are the tags your firm uses for people, such as a client type or an office.
Relationships is the second tab: the projects they're on, the companies they're connected to and the roles they have on each. When a contact moves to a new company, change their company here and the old relationship is kept as history, so you can see where they've been.
Meetings & Tasks and Documents are the other tabs.
The Contact News Feed has the posts about them, their followers, and a box to post.
Adding a contact
Click new contact in the right-hand panel of any page, or create new contact in the Contacts panel of a company's page, which links them to that company. A contact needs a name; add their title, email and phone as you have them.
tiny+ checks for duplicates as contacts are added and imported, matching on email address, name and company, and mobile number. Found two anyway? Merge them.
Contacts in the rest of tiny+
Projects: add a contact to a project's Contacts panel with a relationship such as Client or Project Manager, so everyone knows who's who.
Relationship plans: a company's plan names the contacts it's with. A contact's page lists the plans they're on, each with Log it.
Lists and events: build a list of contacts for an invitation, a mail-out or a card list, and send it to Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.
Outlook: each person can keep their contacts in two-way sync with Microsoft 365.
Importing: bring contacts in from a spreadsheet. See Importing your content.
Search: type a name into the search box at the top of any page, or ask in plain English: "contacts at Tasman Health".
Who can do what
Everyone can add contacts, and edit the ones they're assigned to or know.
Records Admins can edit and delete any contact, and import.
The Exports role is needed to export contacts to Excel.
