# Capturing website enquiries

To capture enquiries from your website, you don't need the API or an access token. Build an enquiry form in tiny+, then link to it or embed it on your website. Each submission creates an Enquiry in tiny+.

1. As an account admin, open **Customer Forms** at [crm.tiny.plus/account/customer\_forms](https://crm.tiny.plus/account/customer_forms) and choose **new enquiry form**.
2. Open the form. Its page shows the form's address, which starts with `https://crm.tiny.plus/submit/`.
3. Link to that address from your website, or embed it in an `<iframe>`. When the form is embedded, it switches to a plainer style so it sits inside your page.

Forms are protected by reCAPTCHA. Each form accepts one submission from the same address every five minutes.

There used to be a JavaScript token for sending enquiries to the API from a website's own code. It no longer exists, and the API doesn't accept requests from browser code on other websites. Use an enquiry form instead.
